Powder Coating Types:
1. Air spraying method
Put the powder coating into the spray gun and use the adsorption force of compressed air to adsorb the coating on the surface of preheated industrial aluminum profiles. The powder is melted on the surface of industrial aluminum profiles, and thermoplastic and thermosetting powder can be used. If it is thermosetting powder, it should be solidified in the oven. This spraying method is applicable to the surface of small industrial aluminum profiles.
2. Fluidized bed dip-coating method
First preheat the industrial aluminum profile, and then immerse it in the powder coating fluidized bed to melt the powder onto the surface of the industrial aluminum profile. Thermoplastic and thermosetting powder can be used. If thermosetting powder is used, it should also be solidified in the oven. This spraying method is applicable to the surface of small industrial aluminum profile with thin film thickness, as well as medium pipes or metal mesh, which can be fully soaked.
